Karsten, Head Coach

Karsten is the first licensed EMS Trainer level 1 and 2 in Malaysia and so far (May 2019) is still the only one in Malaysia. He is a passionate fitness professional with certifications as TBMM Corrective Exercise Specialist, ACE Personal Trainer, EBFA Barefoot Training Specialist and REVO2LUTION Running Certified Specialist (Running Coach).

 

Sport and fitness always have been an important part in his life. In his younger years he represented his state in soccer and volleyball. Today he is an avid runner with dozens of Top Ten positions so far. 

 

He has been the head coach of the prestigious Malaysian Women Marathon (MWM) since 2016. Beyond that he is co-organizing running clinics as member of the Key Power Running Club Malaysia (KPRCM) trainer team, as well as for other running groups and events

Reza, EMS Trainer

Reza has been working as a Personal Trainer since graduating from his Sport Science study. He started in the conventional fitness world of weight strength training, when he worked with one of the big studio names in the Malaysian fitness industry.

 

Since then he evolved further and got hooked with EMS, being the most efficient and intense workout he ever has been exposed to.

 

Reza was a passionate Rugby player and still plays it occasionally. He also has exposure to training in the International Kickboxing Federation (IKF).

Amir, EMS Trainer

Amir is an experienced Personal Trainer. He started his PT journey with Celebrity Fitness in 2012. He holds qualifications for Sport Sciences by Lembaga Kejurulatihan Kebangsaan (MSN). Before his PT journey he was with the Navy.

Amir is a passionate martial artist, holding black belts in Taekwondo (3rd degree) and Kukkiwon (International). He led the KL team at the Kejohanan Seni Mempertahankan Diri Kebangsaan 2003.

 

The biggest achievement in his martial arts journey so far was in 2012 when he competed at Rebel FC Singapore MMA. He also joined men physique competitions and models.

Reena, EMS Trainer

Reena is a trained physiotherapist. She is also well versed in taping and stretching techniques. From early on she worked also as a Personal Trainer in a number of popular gyms. With her broad knowledge in fitness and physiotherapy she took care for soccer teams. She also is a certified International Kickboxing Federation trainer.

Upon her first EMS session she felt amazed by its efficiency and effectiveness. She considers EMS the safest way to gain strength, with minimum risk of injury.

Fatin, EMS Trainer

Fatin graduated in sport science and started her professional career as a fitness and Personal Trainer in an all-women’s gym before joining FitOrange. She believes in the importance of strength training for people to lead a healthy life. Strength more than anything helps to keep away joint and back pains for as long as possible.

In this context she was immediately convinced by EMS upon trying it. She even fell in love with it <3. For her EMS is the most effective and intense workout to gain and improve strength.

 

In her free time Fatin is passionate in futsal and hiking, which builds her weekly fitness routine. She loves to explore new sports and activities allowing her to stay fit and strong.
